How We Run Our Live Dealer Lobby

Every studio feed and dealing procedure behind our live tables is held to provider certification standards — here is what that means for your account.

Certified Studio Feeds

Evolution and Pragmatic Play studios operate under their own regulatory certifications. We carry their live feeds directly, so dealing procedures and shuffle standards are set at the studio level.

Round History on Record

Every hand dealt at Royal Baccarat, Dragon Tiger and Live Roulette is logged with a round ID. You can request a round history review through account support if a result looks inconsistent.

RTP Displayed Where Available

We show RTP figures only where the game provider publishes them. We do not manufacture percentages — if a table does not carry a provider-published figure, none is shown.

Secure Account Sessions

Live table sessions run over encrypted connections. Your account balance and bet history are session-protected, so a page refresh or reconnect restores your state without exposing your credentials.

turu99 What's Inside Our Live Dealer Lobby

What's Inside Our Live Dealer Lobby

Our live dealer lobby pulls streams directly from Evolution and Pragmatic Play studios, giving you baccarat, roulette, blackjack and Dragon Tiger across multiple table variants. Royal Baccarat and Live Baccarat run on dedicated tables with real cards, real shuffles and a dealer on camera throughout. Players in Kota Bharu reach the lobby the same way as anyone elsewhere in Malaysia — through

mobile or desktop, no separate download needed. Table limits vary by game, and RTP information is shown where the provider exposes it. Switch between a low-limit baccarat room and a high-cap Dragon Tiger table without leaving the lobby page.

Help While You're at the Table

Questions at the live table happen fast — here is how to get answers without missing a hand.

Team online

Live Chat

Reach our support team through live chat while a session is running. Describe the table name and round ID shown on screen so we can pull the hand history quickly.

Account & Wallet Help

If your Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay deposit has not reflected at the table chip counter, share your transaction reference and we will reconcile it with the lobby session.

Game Interruption

A dropped connection mid-round is logged server-side. Contact us with the table name and approximate time; we retrieve the round result from the studio feed and update your account accordingly.

Live Dealer Terms Explained

New to live casino or just want a plain-language take on the jargon? These are the terms that come up most at the tables.

01
What is a live dealer game?

A live dealer game streams a real human dealer from a studio to your screen. Cards are dealt or the wheel is spun live; you place bets through an interface and results are settled in real time.

02
What does RNG mean in a live dealer context?

RNG stands for Random Number Generator. Most live dealer games use physical cards or wheels rather than RNG, though some side bets or virtual variants within a live lobby may use software-generated outcomes.

03
What is a squeeze in Live Baccarat?

The squeeze is a slow, theatrical card reveal used in premium Live Baccarat variants. The dealer bends and peels the card corners gradually before showing the full value — it is aesthetic, not procedural.

04
What does 'burn card' mean at a live table?

A burn card is the first card removed from the shoe before dealing begins, or after a shuffle. It is discarded face-down to prevent any advantage from seeing the top card of a fresh deck.

05
What is a side bet at a live baccarat table?

A side bet is a secondary wager placed alongside the main banker or player bet. Common examples include Pair and Perfect Pair. Payouts and house edge differ from the main game bet.

06
What does 'push' mean in live blackjack?

A push in live blackjack means the dealer and the player finish the hand with the same total. No money changes hands — your original stake is returned to your account balance.

The round continues server-side and the result is recorded. Reconnect and check your bet history — the settled outcome will be there. If it is missing, contact support with the table name and time.
